2023 Registration


2023 Spring Tackle Football - REGISTRATION CLOSED
Season runs from late-January through April 2023.

2023 Summer Conditioning / Included with Fall Registration! 
Summer conditioning season runs from June through mid-July.
There is no separate registration process for summer conditioning--it is automatically included with your Fall Registration. It is expected that all 2023 Fall Tackle players will participate in Summer Conditioning.

2023 Fall Tackle Football - REGISTRATION CLOSED (11U, 12U, 13U Only)
Season runs from August through November (possibly December depending on post-season performance).

2023 Fall/Main Season Cheer - REGISTRATION CLOSED (All Ages)
Summer Conditioning - June through mid-July
Sideline Cheer - August through early November
Competitions - Mid-October through potentially early December

Registration for ALL programs closes July 31, 2023 at midnight.


Junior Tiny Mites / Tiny Mites Discounts - These age levels are an introduction to tackle football or cheerleading, completely free of any pressure to win, with an emphasis on learning. Discounts are included in registration fees. (Cheer Only This Season)

Registration Process


Step 1 - Register Online & Pay Fees
(1) Click the REGISTER button at the top of the page or select an item below.
(2) Create an account or login with your existing account.
(3) If you're registering a new athlete, add participant information.
(4) Select the applicable program(s) and complete the questions/waivers.
(5) Sign-up to volunteer as Team Parent or Coach (optional). Please do not proceed with any of the volunteer requirements until your role has been confirmed by the Ola Jr. Mustangs Board. Filling out this form does NOT guarantee you that role. For more information on how you can get involved with the Jr. Mustangs, Click Here.
(6) Complete your order by paying registration fees.

Step 2 - Athlete Physical
Bring your athlete to a qualified physician for a sports physical. See Registration Paperwork for instructions and the  required form. 

Step 3 - Gather Your Paperwork
You'll need the following documentation turned-in before your athlete will be allowed to participate. 

- 2023 Player/Participant Contract*
- 2023 Physical/Medical Release Form (see above step)*
- Original (or Certified Copy) Birth Certificate (New athletes only)

Refund Policy

As a non-profit organization, our goal is to maintain the lowest fees possible in an effort to ensure that all individuals are afforded the opportunity to participate in the Ola Jr. Mustangs Pop Warner Football and Cheer program. Prior to the start of the season on August 1st, the Association must make the necessary coordination regarding equipment, uniforms, insurance, and all other administrative actions. These pre-coordinated items have associated fees that must be prepaid in order to guarantee a successful football/cheer season; these payments are non-refundable.

Ola Jr. Mustangs Pop Warner must uphold a refund policy to ensure no loss of funds to the organization and also to ensure that parents are fully aware of the policies and procedures set forth within Ola Jr. Mustangs Pop Warner. Prior to registering your player/cheerleader, please ensure that you understand the refund policy in its entirety as there will be no refunds granted after your player/cheerleader has participated in any practice sessions, except where noted below:

  1. If a player/cheerleader elects to discontinue participation with the Ola Jr. Mustangs Pop Warner Football and Cheer program prior to July 1st, a refund will be granted.

  1. All requests must be submitted in writing to Ola Jr. Mustang Pop Warner President and Treasurer via email, at [email protected] for review and approval.

  1. Refunds after July 1st will only be granted for medical reasons.

Parents requesting a refund for medical purposes prior to the start of the season but after July 1st, will receive a refund, if approved by the Ola Jr. Mustangs Pop Warner President.

A doctor must deem the player/cheerleader medically incapable of participating in the sport that he/she is registered for. The doctor must complete a signed letter, on the office letterhead, stating that the player/cheerleader cannot participate as required.

Players/Cheerleaders that participate in at least one (1) practice, but no games, during the current season will receive a 50% medical refund, minus.

Players/Cheerleaders that participate in at least one (1) game, will not receive a refund due to medical purposes.

Approved refunds will be mailed to the mailing address on file within 30 days of receipt of the written request.

We appreciate your understanding of the terms and conditions of our refund policy and look forward to seeing all of you for the 2024 Season!!!

There shall be NO refunds after August 1st, no matter the circumstances.
